  • Diced –┬ádesired veggies or other protein
  • Muffin Pan
  • Olive Oil Cooking Spray
  • Egg whites
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)


  • Spay medium sized muffin pan with Olive Oil Cooking spray
  • (optional) Lay down any base layer down (veggies, spinach, mushrooms, etc)
  • Fill Each muffin section 1/2 to 3/4 of the way full with Egg Whites
  • (optional) Then top with any thing else you want. Pictures is red bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Then put in the oven at 350 Degrees
